From a single Palmerston North transport operation in 1976 to a national logistics company trusted by some of the biggest manufacturers and brands in the world. We've been at this a while.

Who we are

PTS is a 100% New Zealand-owned logistics business, headquartered in Palmerston North with branches from Whangarei to Invercargill.

We operate across two brands. PTS Logistics handles freight, warehousing and 3PL, while Auto Logistics moves vehicles nationwide.

Together, our teams move more than 230,000 vehicles a year and store and distribute product for some of New Zealand's largest agricultural, automotive and industrial manufacturers.

We've grown a lot since 1976. We're still based in Palmy, still New Zealand owned, and still focused on getting the job done properly.

Do what you said you'd do, on the day you said you'd do it.
Our customers build their operations around agreed delivery windows. That's why DIFOT is one of the numbers we watch closely. If something doesn't arrive when it should, the impact goes beyond our own operation.

Keep decisions close to the work.
PTS has a relatively flat structure. The people running branches, warehouses and freight movements have direct access to the people making decisions, so issues can be dealt with quickly.

Kiwi ownership matters. So does Kiwi accountability.
PTS is 100% New Zealand owned. Our owners and leadership are here, decisions are made here, and we're accountable to our customers, people and communities here in New Zealand.

If it takes fifty years to build something, you protect it.
Our approach to customer relationships is simple: treat every account as if we'll still be servicing it in thirty years. Because for a lot of them, that's been true.
